At Eurotech, we specialize in a wide range of services, including drywall, carpentry, lath and acoustics, concrete, masonry, plastering, raised access flooring, and fireproofing. Eurotech recognizes that being a leader in how our employees work to build is just as important as what we build. We have built tools to provide our employees with the ability to perform their jobs with integrity and in accordance with our legal obligations.

Our compliance and ethics program helps ensure that we do the right thing, on every jobsite, at all times, from the executive level to day-to-day operations. The program is built around the six sections listed below. The main priority our program is maintaining a culture of integrity. Eurotech provides training that reinforces the right behaviors, encourages employees to voice their concerns, and ensures alignment between our organizational goals and daily actions.

For successful compliance Eurotech leadership works at assessing, driving, and improving implementation at the top management levels. That commitment starts with oversight by our ownership, a compliance professional,  external counsel, and an external compliance organization.

Using regular, mandatory training, we make sure employees understand our standards of conduct and the legal requirements applicable to their job. They receive a custom training curriculum covering a range of topics from anti-corruption and appropriate gifts and entertainment to accurate recordkeeping and overseeing third parties including subcontractors and vendors.

Eurotech maintains a corporate compliance program and has employees participate in training and sign off on said compliance training.

Eurotech maintains a culture of integrity, one that surpasses its written policy to influence daily action. It starts and finishes with employees embracing our vision of ‘working at doing the right thing’. We ensure success through the ethical actions of our employees and rely on them to speak up when they see something isn’t right. Employees can raise questions or report concerns through various methods, including our anonymous third-party compliance hotline In the US English at 833-510-0006, Spanish Speaking in US at 800-216-1288.

Presenting clear guidance via written policies provides a documented foundation for educating our employees, partners, and clients on our approach to compliance, and how we intend to do business. Our formal policies include our Code of Conduct for all Eurotech employees at each level.
